For this 30-year-old, the top priority is staying slim without losing those famous curves – or starving! ‘I never aspired to be a size zero,’ Kim says. However, the reality star works with her trainer, Gunnar Peterson, to stay in the best shape possible (see his workout secrets on page 110). ‘I’m careful with what I eat but I don’t deny myself if I feel like a cheeseburger,’ she admits. Exercising every day when she’s at home in LA, Kim also lifts weights three times a week. ‘After working out, I see a diference in my butt and thighs. I’m also really proud of how toned my arms are. On days when I need extra motivation, I just think, “Bikini, bikini, bikini!” she says.

The Kardashian sisters are the envy of women worldwide for their gorgeous looks and glamorous lives. But it’s their womanly curves that have sent them to the top of Hollywood’s hottest and most talked-about bodies lists, with Kourtney, Kim and Khloé becoming role models for their body confidence.
‘The message is embrace your curves and who you are. I’m an advocate for curves, but also for being in shape,’ Kim says.
Fans of the QuickTrim detox program, the trio has also each found their own way to balance diet and regular, moderate exercise to maintain their sexy figures.
‘My sisters and I all have such different body types,’ Kim says. ‘Khloé is super-tall, with great legs; Kourtney is tiny with a great stomach. We embrace the fact that no-one is really alike.’
