KHLOÉ Kardashian

she follows girls on their last cheese;

As I follow to Make better size.

but I stress I’ve a little SNACK - she’s.

like a salmon I eat for The rice.

she says when you love Little SNACK - she’s

cruel with her to Make her choice right.

But I snack fat and stay in calories:

And the taunts feel like Khloé’s green light.

KHLOÉ

The youngest Kardashian sister has been the victim of cruel taunts about her height and size, but she’s having the last laugh. ‘I try to stay as active as possible – I feel better when I work-out,’ she says. To get bikini-ready, the 26-year-old follows a balanced diet (right) and engages in fun, cardio workouts, like boxing. ‘I love knowing I’ve lost a million calories – and it’s also a stress reliever,’ she says of her favourite sport. ‘I need to sweat to know that I did something.’ And if she’s on the road, she makes do with a routine of squats, jumping jacks and ab work.

You are what you eat…
The girls have replaced their bad habits with healthy choices

BREAKFAST

Make Kourtney’s choice of homemade oats with light soy milk, or get a dose of protein with scrambled egg-whites with low-fat Swiss cheese, spinach and tomato.

MID-MORNING SNACK

Eat a handful of almonds and Greek yoghurt. As Kourt says, ‘Little meals throughout the day are realistic for people to follow.’

LUNCH

Make up a healthy salad of lettuce, grilled chicken or turkey, green beans, asparagus, cucumber, walnuts and balsamic dressing.

AFTERNOON SNACK

Kim opts for a wholesome afternoon snack like vegetable hummus with carrots. But if you’re craving something a little sweet, try Khloé’s apple slices with a touch of peanut butter.

DINNER

The girls stick to grilled salmon and vegetables with brown rice or salad, or a serving of fresh sushi. Instead of a sweet dessert, Kim opts for a green tea before bedtime.
